Mouse Mountain’s services for nonprofit leaders are action oriented and designed to make your nonprofit more effective fast.
Ben Danley has been in the nonprofit sector for nearly three decades. During that time he has worked and volunteered for nonprofits supporting education, alleviation of poverty, child abuse prevention, leadership training and more. He has experience working for organizations governed by volunteer boards of directors, and as a volunteer leader on governance boards.
Mouse Mountain LLC focuses on three areas of nonprofit support:
- Coaching – Board development coaching for executive directors and/or board presidents
- Interim Management – Short-term management or project support for nonprofit organizations
- Search Assistance – Search assistance for executive director, development director, finance director and other executive roles
Ben’s goal is to help nonprofits thrive and focus on the future by giving them the tools they need to develop strong volunteer and staff leadership.
